After I came back from my 2 weeks holiday, I decided to try out the Dr. Oz Detox Cleanse. I wasn’t looking to lose weight, but I just felt that I needed to reset my body after being out of my diet for awhile. Therefore, I decided to go on a detox and prepare my body for the normal healthy lifestyle.
The world of detox makes some of you nervous. But, It shouldn’t. Because when a detox is done right, it just describes as a diet which is rich in whole food. By removing artificial flavors and chemical substances from your diet, you’re helping prepare your body to live a healthier and more natural lifestyle.
This Detox consists of a glass of green tea in the morning when you wake up, and three shakes recipe for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you can repeat one of those shakes as a snack between your meals, but I didn’t need to have a snack since, three shakes made me full already.
