Sauteed Scallop over Spaghetti Squash

The other night I craved for spaghetti, so I decided to use squash instead of pasta since it’s higher in nutritions and lower in carbs and calories than pasta. Also it is easy to cook, you just need to cut it in half, scrape out the seeds and pulp, then put in the oven side up for 30-45 minutes at 200C. You can then serve it with any kind of meat or fish and sauce, which I served it with baked scallops over white wine reduction mushroom sauce.
